Long Range Plan

A long range plan examines where an instition is, sets goals on where it should be going, and outlines how these are to be met. It is an excellent vehicle for stimulating discussion and setting priorities. In Massachusetts, it is also a prerequisite for filing construction and other grants with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

The Plan linked to below was developed during 2004 for use during the five years from 2005 to 2009. It is the result of several months of careful work by the Library Planning Committee.
