Reserve a Meeting Space

Meeting Room Use and Policies

The Library has two meeting spaces that are available for reservation. For more information about the room sizes, and other policies, please check out our Meeting Room Policy.

To put in a room request, you can use our online system.

Please review our Meeting Room Policy before making a reservation.

If you plan to use any audio/visual equipment, you must make an appointment to be trained prior to your meeting date. You can make arrangements by calling 617-698-5757.

Meeting Room Fees

 

  1. Keys Room – $100.00 per three hour meeting, or any portion thereof.
  2. Conference Room – $75.00 per three hour meeting, or any portion thereof.
  3. AV Equipment rental is $25.00 for each use of equipment. This fee will be charged even if room use fee is waived.
