The Milton Library Foundation has been created to ensure the public library’s continued growth toward excellence. Its immediate objective is to raise funds for the expansion of the Main Library and preservation of the historic 1904 building. This capital campaign will enable the Library to provide the programs and resources it needs to fully serve as the cultural center of our community
throughout the twenty-first century. The money the Foundation raises will be used to create:

• A Modern Library Facility
  A restored and expanded library will provide more extensive, accessible and comfortable space to readers and researchers.
• Community and Program Space
  A contemporary library becomes a true community cultural center when space needed to provide library programs is opened to the community at large for meetings and presentations.
• Ongoing Support
  The Foundation will continue to support the longterm financial goals of the library after the new building is constructed.
